Copenhagen Solo Ice Dance International competition (CoSIDI)
Registrations are open
DEADLINE IS JANUARY 4th 2026
We look forward to seeing you in Copenhagen, Denmark in February 2026
The event will feature the Novice through Senior divisions and will be conducted in accordance with the ISU International Solo Ice Dance Competition Guidelines, ISU General Rules and Requirements, and the International Solo Ice Dance Competition Guidelines.

We are happy to invite you to join us in Herlev just outside Copenhagen, Denmark for the first Copenhagen Solo Ice Dance International (CoSIDI) 2026 on February 27th - March 1st 2026 - hosted by Herlev based skating club, HIKU.
HIKU has throughout the years hosted various large events every year and are truly looking forward to participating in growing the solo ice dance community by inviting to this event.
We have put together a strong panel of officials including ISU judges and an experienced technical team who together with our many volunteers will provide the level and professionalism of an international event. However, we also strive to create an event with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone across levels are and feels welcome and included.
There will be several options to buy food and softdrinks at the rink during the event and urge everyone to spend time at the competition venue to participate in creating a supporting cheer for all participants whether local or far from home.
How to get to the competition venue
Herlev can be reached by public transportation no matter if you arrive in Copenhagen by train or by plane in less than an hour with several connections per hour. Google maps is reliable in the Copenhagen area and provides you with reliable directions which are simple to follow.
In general public transportation in Denmark is reliable and safe to use all times a day.
Most people in Denmark speak English if you need help or directions once you arrive in Denmark - just ask. You can contact Henriette Andersen Theisen from the organizing committee on +45 28963629 if you are in urgent need of assistance once you get here.
From Kastrup airport
If you arrive by flight you can take the Metro M2 line from the airport to Vanløse where you change to S-train C towards Frederikssund which takes you to Herlev Train station. From here there is less than 10 minutes by bus to the rink.
From Copenhagen Central station
If you arrive by train to Copenhagen Central station take S-train C towards Frederikssund which takes you to Herlev Train station. From here there is less than 10 minutes by bus to the rink.
Uber and taxi services
Taxi services in Denmark are reliable. Taxis are found by the airport and by any larger train station. Taxis can also be ordered by phone or you can download different taxi service apps. You can use your Uber app in Denmark.
The Venue
Herlev skating rink is a full size facility with two ice surfaces (a main rink and a practice rink). The rink is 30 x 60 heated with room for approx 1200 spectators. Most activities during the event will take place at or in relation to the main rink. Here you will find a kiosk, cafe, changing rooms, the practice rink is found in direct connection with the main arena.
